This article proposes examining human resource management practices (HRMPs) and work motivation in influencing commitment the Indonesian banking industry. research employs quantitative survey research. The data contains 277 employees from 11 private commercial banks. To analyze data, this study uses multiple regression method. finds that HRMPs positively predict commitment.
